VIBRANT MINT MOJITO’S
Last Summer, Moscow Mules were the drink of choice but this year it’s been all about these VIBRANT MINT MOJITO’S.
Refreshing, full of fresh sweet mint flavor and bubbling with club soda, these cocktails are Summer in a glass.
This recipe cannot get simpler with the small list of ingredients it requires.
Green mint leaves are crushed with fresh lime wedges, muddled with turbinado brown sugar and more lime wedges.
Clear white rum is poured over ice, mixed with the muddled mint and topped off with club soda.
Stick a straw in the glass and you’re ready to go.
Cocktails like this are the perfect amount of sweet and minty without being too overpowering.
You feel instantly cool while sipping on one of these pretty babies whether the sun is shining or not.
The best part of this recipe is that you can make it for one or make a whole pitcher to share, just like that.
Make sure you buy one bundle of mint and you’ll have Vibrant Mint Mojito’s all weekend long.
You know ALF is all about cocktails, so read how to make our favorite one.
