STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE ICE CREAM
This recipe is as easy as pie… Or should I say ice cream! It’s a creamy mixture of ingredients and it’s extremely simple!
A lot of people think that you need an ice cream machine to make real ice cream. But this real ice cream was made without a machine! The only extra thing that you need other than the actual ice cream ingredients is a loaf pan (9×5″).
That’s easy enough right?
Its a lot of mixing some ingredients and then folding three times.
Don’t overfold though because it’s supposed to look “marbled”. I think I slightly over mixed and didn’t even do it more than 3 times!
Also make sure you have a hand mixer!
ingredients:
1 14 ounce can fat free condensed milk
1 8 ounce 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
1 can strawberry pie filling
1/2 pack vanilla Oreos
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 tub fat free cool whip, defrosted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions:
1. Combine cream cheese, cool whip, condensed milk, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and butter
2. Mix with a hand mixer
3. Crush cookies in a ziplock bag with a rolling pin
4. After mixing ice cream batter until smooth pour cookies on top
5. Pour strawberry filling on top
6. Fold with a spatula only three times!!
7. Pour into a loaf pan and freeze overnight or six hours
8. Cover tightly with plastic wrap
Like I said earlier, don’t over mix it if you like the mixture of the cream without strawberries.
Enjoy!
