OREO CHEESECAKE
Oreo Cheesecake is like heaven on earth.
Chocolate cookies mixed with loads of cream cheese is literally the best thing in this world right now. Not to mention those chocolate cookies, legit OREOS, are mixed into the middle and sprinkled all over the tippy top.
Decadent cheesecake is one of my favorite things.
I’ve so enjoyed making different cheesecakes over the past few years.
All the flavors, all the kinds, and of course all the cream cheese.
Let me tell you a little bit about my other favorite Ambs Loves Food cheesecakes that I have stuffed my face with…
My absolute all time favorite no bake cheesecake is this
creamy cheesecake with wild blueberry jam.
OMG PEOPLE!
My absolute all time favorite baked cheesecake is this
easy baked cheesecake topped with a sour cream layer.
OMG PEOPLE AGAIN!!
One of my favorite things about making a cheese cake is just eating the cream cheese mixture before you bake it. I love how soft and creamy it is when you let the cream cheese soften perfectly. The sweetness from the sugar is the perfect match for the tangy cream cheese and the hints of vanilla bring it all home.
And yes I eat the cream cheese mixture with raw eggs #hatersgonnahate
This Oreo Cheesecake is really quite simple.
There is only a handful of ingredients and the recipe is so easy to make.
Also, who doesn’t love a good oreo?! Right?
