Ingredients
- 24 OREO OR CHOCOLATE CREAM COOKIES
- 1/3 CUP UNSALTED SWEET CREAM BUTTER, MELTED
- 1 CAN (15 OUNCES) DULCE DE LECHE
- 8 OUNCES CREAM CHEESE, 1/3 LESS FAT
- 1 TABLESPOON VANILLA ESSENCE
- 1 CUP HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
- STRAWBERRIES FOR GARNISH
Instructions
- CRUSH COOKIES AND COMBINE WITH MELTED BUTTER UNTILE COMBINED
- PLACE COOKIES INTO A BAKING DISH OR PIE DISH
- USING THE BACK OF THE SPOON, SMOOTH OUT AND PUSH DOWN TO CREATE THE CRUST
- PLACE IN FRIDGE
- COMBINE CREAM CHEESE, VANILLA, AND DULCE DE LECHE IN A STAND MIXER AND BEAT ON MEDIUM UNTIL ALL MIXED
- WHIP HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM IN A SEPARATE BOWL UNTIL STIFF PEAKS FORM
- USING A SPATULA GENTLY FOLD CREAM INTO CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE
- CONTINUE FOLDING AND SLIGHTLY MIXING UNTIL NO STREAKS REMAIN
- PLACE CHEESECAKE MIXTURE ON OREO BASE AND SMOOTH TOP
- GARNISH WITH STRAWBERRIES CUT IN HALF
