Something that’s creamy, dreamy delicious, that does not require baking and that has chocolate in it cannot be beat.
We’re all about that no bake life.
We’ve baked cheesecakes before and although they were awesome and so incredible, it still feels like no bake takes the “cake”. Get it?!?
This No Bake Brownie Batter Cheesecake is so quick, all it takes is a little mixing in a few mixing bowls. Of course fridge time is always necessary, no bake or not when it comes to cheesecake.
No Bake Brownie Batter Cheesecake doesn’t actually have brownie batter in it, it just uses the powder from the brownie mix. No raw eggs were used in the making of this cheesecake, don’t worry.
But the brownie batter powder gives the cheesecake it’s main chocolate flavoring. It’s then topped with a sweetened whipped cream thick layer. And then the cheesecake is finished off with a brownie batter chocolate drizzle sauce to make it look super pretty.
Most importantly, the cheesecake crumb base is made with crushed oreo’s and lots of melted butter.

Ingredients
CRUMB BASE:
- -225 G OREO CRUMBS
- -6 TABLESPOONS UNSALTED BUTTER
CHEESECAKE LAYER:
- -24 OUNCES CREAM CHEESE
- -1/2 CUP WHITE SUGAR
- -3 TABLESPOONS HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
- -2 TEASPOONS VANILLA
- -3 CUPS BROWNIE MIX
TOPPING LAYER:
- -1 CUP HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
- -1/2 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
CHOCOLATE GLAZE:
- -3 TABLESPOONS BROWNIE MIX
- -1 TEASPOON VEGGIE OIL
- -3 TABLESPOONS HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
Instructions
CRUMB BASE:
- -COMBINE CRUMBS WITH BUTTER EVENLY, LAYER ON THE BOTTOM OF A GREASED SPRING FORM PAN
- -USE A SPOON TO PUSH CRUMBS INTO BASE
CHEESECAKE LAYER:
- -MIX CREAM CHEESE WITH A BEATER UNTIL FLUFFY
- -ADD IN SUGAR AND BEAT AGAIN
- -ADD IN WHIPPING CREAM AND VANILLA UNTIL WELL COMBINED
- -POUR IN BROWNIE BATTER POWDER AND BEAT ON MEDIUM\
- -TRANSFER ONTO CHEESECAKE BASE
- -CHILL FOR FOUR HOURS
TOPPING LAYER:
- -WHILE CHEESECAKE IS CHILLING, BEAT HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
- -SLOWLY ADD POWDERED SUGAR UNTIL PEAKS FORM IN WHIPPED CREAM
- -ONCE CHEESECAKE IS CHILLED, REMOVE FROM SPRINGFORM PAN AND POUR EVENLY ONTO CHEESECAKE LAYER
CHOCOLATE GLAZE:
- -COMBINE BROWNIE MIX, VEGGIE OIL, AND WHIPPING CREAM WITH A WHISK
- -DRIZZLE ONTO CHEESECAKE, CUT INTO 8 PIECES
