CREAMY BLT DIP
We don’t know about you but we’re ready for Spring Time and all the yummy appetizers, like this CREAMY BLT DIP.

A super creamy base layer starts this amazing dip with creamcheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. We lightened it up by using all LIGHT ingredients for the dip base. Garlic powder and seasoning salt are added to give a little punch of flavor.
Once it’s all whipped together and light and fluffy, it’s smoothed inside a shallow dish with ultimate room for toppings. All the toppings are added to create the “real BLT” part of this recipe.
The following ingredients are piled high for this Creamy BLT Dip:
- Crispy crumbly bacon
- Sweet juicy tomatoes
- Fresh shredded lettuce
Once the BLT dip comes together, it’s served with crunchy wavy chips. You can even serve it with toasted baguettes, crackers, or even pretzel chips.

A friend, Savannah, introduced us to this recipe at first and we just couldn’t stop eating it. Immediately, we needed to recreate it for ourself! And this is your warning, it’s so addictive. It’s the perfect crunch to cream to topping ratio that keeps you coming back for more!

HOW TO SEED A TOMATO:
TAKE A SHARP KNIFE AND PLACE TOMATO BOTTOM SIDE DOWN.
CUT STRAIGHT DOWN AROUND THE MIDDLE AND MAKE A CIRCLE.
FLIP TOMATO OVER AND CUT THE SAME CIRCLE TO CONNECT THE TOP AND BOTTOM.
GENTLY PUSH OUT AND REMOVE SEEDS AND INSIDE.
CUT OUTSIDE OF TOMATO INTO SLICES AND DICE.

Ingredients
- 8 OUNCES LIGHT CREAMCHEESE BLOCK, ROOM TEMPERATURE
- 1/2 CUP LIGHT SOUR CREAM
- 1/2 CUP LIGHT MAYONNAISE
- 1 TEASPOON SEASONING SALT
- 1/2 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
- 8 PIECES BACON, COOKED UNTIL CRISPY AND CRUMBLY
- 3 ROMA TOMATOES OR 2 TOMATOES ON THE VINE, SEEDED AND DICED
- CHIVES FOR TOPPING
- 2 CUPS ROMAINE, SHREDDED THINLY
- WAVY CHIPS FOR SERVING
Instructions
- USING A HAND HELD MIXER OR STAND MIXER, COMBINE CREAMCHEESE, SOUR CREAM, AND MAYO UNTIL SMOOTH IN A MEDIUM BOWL
- ADD IN SEASONING SALT AND GARLIC POWDER, MIX
- USING A SQUARE OR ROUND SHALLOW DISH ABOUT 8X8” OR 9X9” SPREAD CREAMY MIXTURE ON THE BOTTOM AND SMOOTH FLAT
- LAYER LETTUCE, TOMATOES, BACON, AND CHIVES ON TOP
- SERVE WITH CHIPS, OR BAGUETTES, OR CRACKERS, OR PRETZEL CHIPS
