COCONUT CREAM FRUIT DIP
For those of us who are still not ready for Fall (I mean WINTER!) here’s this COCONUT CREAM FRUIT DIP to cheer you up.
Light and airy with just the RIGHT amount of coconut flavoring, this dip is perfect for a weekend snack. Just three ingredients blended together form this creamy fruit dip that’s almost guilt free!
Using light cream cheese, fat free cool whip and Cream Of Coconut, this fruit dip is ready for parties, pot lucks, #treatyoself days, you name it.
Anything you can dream of can be dipped in this delicious dessert.
We used some of our favorite fruits: strawberries and watermelon. Feel free to use whatever fruits are in season at the time. Right now apples would be amazing in this!
Biscoff cookies are our favorite coffee cookie but paired with the sweet coconut, they give literally the best crunch and flavor. Does anyone else get SUPER excited every time you fly Delta for the Biscoff Cookies (and sometimes American)?!
Graham crackers, chocolate chip cookies, and marshmallows sound pretty delish right now.
The dippable “spoon” options are endless!

RECIPE: DESSERT NOW DINNER LATER
Ingredients
- 1 8 OUNCE CREAM CHEESE BLOCK, 1/3 LESS FAT & SOFTENED
- 15 OZ CREAM OF COCONUT (CANNED OR FOUND NEAR THE DRINK MIXES)
- 1 8 OUNCE TUB COOLWHIP, FAT FREE
- SERVING: FRUIT, COOKIES, MARSHMALLOWS
Instructions
- IN A LARGE STAND MIXER ADD CREAM CHEESE AND MIX UNTIL SMOOTH
- ADD IN CREAM OF COCONUT AND BEAT UNTIL COMBINED ON MEDIUM
- LASTLY, ADD IN COOL WHIP AND BEAT ON LOW SPEED UNTIL SMOOTH
This Coconut Cream Fruit Dip is gluten free but if you’re looking for a cake batter flavored one and you can handle gluten, this LIGHT FUNFETTI DIP is also one of our favorites!
