We love a cute tasty dessert for parties and these CARAMEL CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW POPS are always perfect!

These little cuties are rolled in melted creamy caramel, then dipped in luscious milk chocolate and sprinkled with sea salt.
There’s something so fun and carefree about eating things off of lollipop sticks.
We found these lollipop sticks here. After trying multiple stores, we gave up and purchased on Amazon with prime!
We worked with Caramel Bits this time around and they were so easy! We hate unwrapping those little caramel squares just to melt them, like in these Gooey Caramelita’s.
Taste so good BUT this time these caramels are already unwrapped and ready to go, #WIN!
So much easier and quicker.
To make these easier to work with, make sure you cover your sticks with either caramel or chocolate before pressing into the marshmallows.
CARAMEL CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW POPS
Notes
IF CARAMEL OR CHOCOLATE BEGINS TO HARDEN, MICROWAVE FOR 30 SECONDS AND STIR THEN KEEP WORKING.
ADAPTED FROM: DOMESTICALLY BLISSFUL
Ingredients
- 1 BAG MARSHMALLOWS
- 1 BAG LOLLIPOP STICKS
- 1 BAG CARAMEL BITS
- 1 BAG SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- 4 TABLESPOONS MILK
- 4 TEASPOONS VEGGIE OIL
- SEA SALT
Instructions
- MELT CARAMEL BITS IN THE MICROWAVE WITH 4 TABLESPOONS MILK IN A SMALL BOWL
- STIR EVERY 30 SECONDS BUT DO NOT HEAT FOR LONGER THAN 1.5 MINUTES
- MELT CHOCOLATE IN A SMALL BOWL WITH 4 TEASPOONS VEGGIE OIL, MIX EVERY 30 SECONDS UNTIL MELTED (DON'T HEAT MORE THAN 1.5 MINUTES TOTAL
- DIP LOLLIPOP STICKS INTO CARAMEL OR CHOCOLATE AND STICK IN CENTER OF EACH MARSHMALLOW, REFRIGERATE TO SET
- WORKING IN BATCHES, ROLL MARSHMALLOW IN CARAMEL FIRST, REFRIGERATE TO SET
- ONCE SET, ROLL IN MELTED CHOCOLATE AND SPRINKLE WITH SEA SALT
- PLACE ON PARCHMENT OR WAX PAPER SPRAYED WITH COOKING SPRAY
The best part is definitely the chunky sea salt garnishing these cuties.
