BLUEBERRY PIE
CAN YOU SAY BLUEBERRIES!!!!
They are everywhere in this dessert and it is super fruity.
This recipe came from the farmers market in Seabrook Island. I grabbed the piece of paper for Blueberry Buster and last night had the chance to use a ton of blueberries and whip it up!
Blueberries are another thing I dont normally eat on there own. Just blueberries.
Blueberry pancakes are a different story.
Blueberry Buster is now a different story.
Very blue.
Very berry.
The great part is that the mix is a cake. It cakes up and browns on the top making it kind of crunchy!
This is really good with ice cream and cream that is not whipped.

This couldn’t be any simpler!
Enjoy. Well I sit at the beach in a middle of a flood getting whiter by the minute.
