BERRY ROSEMARY GIN FIZZ
We’re all about the cocktail life here at ALF, just like this brand new one: BERRY ROSEMARY GIN FIZZ!
Refreshing cocktails are our go to’s in Spring/Summer, well Fall and Winter too (I guess all Seasons!)
We love a good cocktail out but it’s so fun to make simple ones at home.
This Berry Rosemary Gin Fizz cocktail could not get any simpler or tastier.
Frozen mixed berries, lemon wedges, and fresh rosemary are muddled together with honey for sweetness.
NOTE: Make sure the honey is added BEFORE the ice so it can be mixed together with the base. If not, it will solidify after touching the cold and stick to your muddler/straw/mixer.
Once muddled together; ice, gin, and club soda are added to give bubbles and a good kick.
And a quick mix gets you ready to go!
We’ve been loving trying new gin drinks ever since we got back from our South Africa trip drinking all the gin and tonics!
The best thing about this recipe is that any light liquor can be used if gin doesn’t fancy you, like vodka or white rum. Feel free to switch it up!
Here are a few of our other at home cocktail favorites:
Sparkling Lemon Drop Martini’s
We can’t wait to make these Berry Rosemary Gin Fizz’s this weekend!
Notes
SUBSTITUTE WHITE RUM OR VODKA FOR GIN, IT'S JUST AS DELISH!
