APEROL SPRITZ COCKTAIL
APEROL SPRITZ COCKTAIL has been our drink of Summer 2019 and we can’t get enough!
These babies have been popping up all over and are just so refreshing and perfect for a hot Summer day. We’ve been ordering them out every chance we get but we finally decided to make them at home and they are so EASY!
The recipe is super similar to the back of the Aperol bottle but we changed it slightly for a more bubbly beverage with a little less Aperol.
Aperol is an Italian rhubarb bitter liquor that is super bright red and orange. It’s slightly sweet and best when mixed with some bubbles!
This Aperol Spritz Cocktail recipe is three ingredients only. Prosecco, club soda and Aperol are poured over chilled ice cubes. And then fresh orange slices garnish the cocktail.
And that’s literally it!
We told you, super easy. And super refreshing!
Enjoy them all before the Summer is over! We’ve been sipping on them all weekend.

Another drink you can make with Aperol is a Spaghett, thanks to my Bro In Law! It’s a Miller High Life bottle; take a sip out of it, pour in a little Aperol and squeeze some fresh lemon juice inside. A little cheaper and a little less sweet. Enjoy!
Super refreshing and AU even like them!
Much love,
